After taking the impressive granite steps to the imposing door to the palazzo, this apartment is located on the ground floor to the left. The entrance door leads into a smart kitchen/diner/lounge.  The kitchen area is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer.  There are 2, 2 seater settees and a table and chairs in here.  A hallway leads to the, larger than average, bathroom with shower and further along there is a very large bedroom with a king size bed and ample storge space in solid wood furniture and a twin bedded room also with ample storage space.  Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.  The apartment has the benefit of a washing machine in the bathroom.  There is also an iron and ironing board plus clothes airer, hairdryer, radio/CD and mini safe.  All apartments have equal access to the spacious communal areas where there is ample seating, barbeque and sunbeds. You will feel so at home that you won't want to leave! You might be tempted to contact Fly.com or whoever you bought your tickets with and delay your return flight as long as possible. It's understandable-- superb accommodation in amazing Sardinia? It's a great combination. A gorgeous holiday home to come back to after spending a day at the beach? Nothing beats it!
