Located on the first floor,
reached via the sweeping marble staircase with antique wrought iron
handrail. The entrance
door leads into an exceptional kitchen/loung/diner. The Scavolini kitchen
is equipped with gas hob, electric oven and a pink SMEG fridge/freezer!
There are 2, 2 seater settees and a table and chairs in here. A
hallway leads to the, larger than average, very well appointed bathroom with
large shower and at
either end of the corridor there is a bedroom, one with a king
size bed with ample storge space, the other a twin bedded room also with
ample storage space. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The
apartment has the benefit of a washing machine in the bathroom.
There is also an iron and ironing board plus clothes airer, hairdryer,
radio/CD, TV for use with DVD and mini safe. All apartments have equal access to the
spacious communal areas where there is ample seating, barbeque
and sunbeds.
We have also agreed with a local hotel owner that our clients can use the pool and facilities at the hotel for a special rate, from €10 per day, please ask for details.
